A retainer fee of $100.00 is due at booking and is a non-refundable retainer that is applied to your package session. If the retainer is not submitted within 5 days of booking your session, this contract will be null/void and the session will be cancelled. The remaining portion of the session fee is due at the session, payable by cash, check, NO EXCEPTIONS.   Creative Flair Imagery retains the absolute right to withhold any gallery if check or credit card payment are denied.

DELIVERY OF IMAGES.  Images will be delivered within 2.5 weeks after the date of the session. Images are delivered via instant digital download.

CLIENT GALLERY.  The content of client’s gallery is in discretion of Creative Flair Imagery. Creative Flair Imagery will select only the best images and edit them reflecting her editing style.  No refunds will be given under any circumstance if client dislikes Creative Flair Imagery’s editing style. Please be aware of Creative Flair Imagery’s style and aesthetics before booking.

COPYRIGHT. Creative Flair Imagery retains the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason. Client is prohibited from further editing of images. You are not allowed to add filters including black and white, remove any logos or watermarks, or crop said images.  Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Creative Flair Imagery. Client may not, for any reason, sell their images to any third party.  You will NOT RECEIVE RAW FILES, so please do not request them.  You will, however, receive beautifully edited photos and a print release.

PRINTING.  As you are receiving high-quality, gorgeous photos, I would strongly encourage you to print them at Mpix, Nations Photo Lab, or Miller's Lab, all online services.  If you choose Shutterfly, Walgreens or Walmart, client knows they are doing so at their own risk, and Creative Flair Imagery is not responsible for poor print quality. 

 

CANCELLATION.  If client does not give at least a 24 hour notice and does not attend their session, they are agreeing to waive their retainer fee therefore making a refund of any kind impossible. If client is going to be late, please contact Creative Flair Imagery immediately. If client is late by more than 30 minutes, Creative Flair Imagery will cancel the session and client is agreeing to waive their retainer fee. Should client be late to session, Creative Flair Imagery retains the right to photograph client for the balance of the session time remaining only.  Obviously if client is sick, or the weather is inclement, Creative Flair Imagery and client can agree to postpone session to a further date.  No refund will be provided.
